In Sept 2013 I talked about using Egoscue exercises to Align the Perfect Cells that we are forming with the Completement Formulas. I’ve used some of the exercises eversince, but recently I found an Egoscue practitioner in my neighborhood and began the program in earnest.

For the past few months I’ve been working with Egoscue posture alignment exercises and tools. They were demonstrated to me by Lynn Foutch, who while training for the Olympics but got slammed by chronic neurological problems and mineral deficiencies that she finally reversed when she took The Completement Formulas (RnA Drops, ReAline, ReMag and ReMyte). RnA Drops make perfect cells; ReAline takes out the trash that prevents perfect cells from finding a good home; ReMag and ReMyte provide structure and the electrical, plumbing and motor functions of the body.

Probably the very best way to create a better posture and a strong back is to start by taking some pictures! Put on your bathing suit and take pictures front and back, right side and left side.
